Granulated sugar: A bit of granulated sugar helps feed the yeast mixture, and also adds some flavor to the bread.
Vegetable oil: I used some vegetable oil to add some softness and moisture to the bread mixture. You can also use melted butter if you want to.
Bread flour: This one forms the base for this homemade white bread recipe.
Salt: A dash of salt helps add a delicious flavor to the bread.
Bread machine yeast: Active dry yeast helps the bread rise well. It is another essential part of the dish.
Water: I used warm water to adjust the consistency of the bread dough.

Step 1: Combine Ingredients in a Bread Machine
Add all ingredients to the bread machine in the following order mentioned in the ingredients list.
Step 2: Portion Bread Dough and Bake Bread

Place the loaf pan inside the bread machine and follow the instructions of your bread machine for a 2 lbs. basic bread cycle and your desired crust color. (I selected light)
Step 3: Allow to Cool Completely and Slice
Allow the loaf of bread to cool off for at least 15 minutes before slicing.

- I used vegetable oil to add moisture to the bread dough, but you can also choose to use olive oil, coconut oil, unsalted butter or even some canola oil if you want to.

- You can also try using whole wheat flour or all purpose flour if you don’t have the bread flour that the recipe calls for.

I like to use it to make some French toast or my homemade sandwiches- the golden brown on the outside just adds to its beauty.

Yes, you can! You can combine all the ingredients for the bread recipe in a large bowl and combine everything using a stand mixer.
After this, you can take it a step further and knead the bread flour mixture onto a lightly floured before you transfer it to a greased bread pan.

Can I Make Homemade Bread Ahead of Time?
Another reason why this has to be the best bread recipe out there is because you can actually make it in advance.
The bread can be transferred to loaf pans and refrigerated for up to a day. Just make sure to get it out and allow it to come to room temperature before you bake it.
